Weekday Meal Plan



Breakfast:
  • Oatmeal (130)
  • Tbsp of sugar (45)
Lunch:
Sandwich:
  • Bread (200)
  • 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise (45)
  • Mustard (0)
  • Turkey (30) 
After School Snack
  • Bowl of noodles (190)
Dinner
  • Whatever my mom cooks, no more than 400 calories
Total: about 1,000 calories.
